Non-Climate Controlled Mini Storage Units

	Easily store a living room's worth of contents inside our 10' x 10' storage unit.	$59.00

	You should be able to fit 2-3 rooms worth of content in to our 10' x 15' storage unit.	$81.00

	Our largest storage unit available! The 10' x 20' storage unit should be able to handle 3-4 rooms worth of content.	$103.00

Late Fee

$15.00 Late Fee will be assessed if payment is not received in our office by close of business (5 p.m.) on the 7th day of each month.

Lock Removal

$25.00 fee to be paid prior to lock being removed. Lock removal fee does not include the cost of new lock.

Locks

We provide a new lock when you rent a storage unit with Scot-Stor, Inc. Mini Storage at no cost to you. Should you ever need or want a new lock we have them for sale in our office for $5.00 each.

First Month

On starting rental, cost is prorated till the end of the month. Thereafter renters are charged for a full month, there is no refund for unused days. There is a one time $5.00 fee charged for processing, and a one time refundable fee of $25.00 for clean out of your unit.
